call forwarding - remote access
When you're traveling but can't afford to leave important business calls behind, take them with you. Call Forwarding Remote Access forwards calls placed to your office phone to any other phone number you choose. Callers simply dial your number and you pick up wherever you are. If you move around during the day, you can change the number as often as necessary by using our Remote Access feature.
To Use Call Forwarding Remote Access:
- Call the access number you were provided when you ordered the service. (If you don't remember the number, call the business office or repair center.) Listen for the following instructions.
- Enter the phone number associated with your Remote Access to Call Forwarding subscription. This is the number from which you will be forwarding calls.
- Enter you Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Enter the feature code.
- Enter the nubmer to which you want your calls forwarded.
- Press *72 to turn on Call Forwarding. Enter the number to which you want your calls forwarded.
- Press *73 to turn off Call Forwarding
