Home Line provides repair service for existing inside telephone wiring and jacks for customers with FairPoint telephone and Internet services.

Home Line covers:

• Problems caused by animals, lightening, and everyday wear and tear.
• Third-party damage during installation of deck, satellite dish, etc.
• FairPoint high-speed Internet wiring up to, but not including, the first customer-owned piece of equipment

Note: Inside wiring must meet FairPoint technical specifications to be eligible for Home Line coverage.
