Voice Mail answers when you are away from home, on the telephone, using the Internet or just too busy to pick up.

To Access Voice Mail from your Phone:

1. Dial 903.6245.
2. When requested, enter your passcode.

To Access Voice Mail from another location:

1. Dial 903.6245.
2. Enter the number of your mailbox followed by the * key.
3. When requested, enter your passcode.

When you access your mailbox for the first time, a user tutorial is automatically activated. This tutorial will guide you through your first mailbox session, explain how to record your name and greeting, and change your temporary passcode. You will be asked to record one or more greetings that callers will hear when they call your mailbox.

You will always be prompted for your passcode before accessing your mailbox. During the tutorial, you will be prompted to change your passcode to a number with 4 to 10 digits. Please define a passcode that you can remember, but do not select something that would be easy to guess, such as 1234.

User Options:
The user options menu allows you to change your greetings, record your name, define your passcode, create distribution lists, and listen to the user tutorial. Press 8 to access user options from the main menu.

• Press 4 to change your greeting(s).
• Press 6 to re-record your name.
• Press 7 to change your passcode.
• Press 8 to listen to the user tutorial.

Playing Messages:
At any time during message playback you can:

• Press 1 to pause for 30 seconds.
• Press 2 to rewind 5 seconds.
• Press # to fast-forward 5 seconds.
• Press 8* to restart the message.
